Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the daily repair and cleaning service schedule
  • Serve as the main point of communication between customers and field technicians
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
  • Address escalated service issues and implement effective resolutions
  • Create and refine protocols to improve team operations and service delivery
  • Support technician development and performance
  • Monitor inventory, dispatch workflow, and field progress

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in service management, dispatch, or field team coordination
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and problem-solving with calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with pool equipment and service (preferred, not required)
  • Comfortable using service management software and communication tools
  • Knowledge of Bluffton/Hilton Head area is a plus
