As a Repair Technician, you’ll service residential and commercial pools across the Lowcountry. Your day-to-day includes troubleshooting and fixing pool and spa equipment, from pumps and filters to automation systems and heaters. You’ll represent A-1 Pools in the field and help maintain our reputation for reliable, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair pool and spa systems, including heaters, filters, automation panels, and pumps
  • Travel to customer locations throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head, and surrounding areas
  • Maintain accurate service logs and communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Keep your vehicle stocked and organized with the necessary tools and parts
  • Ensure professional, courteous service at every job

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with pool equipment (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technical systems quickly
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors in seasonal weather
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow in the role
